Lundri (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a laundry membership service for University of Georgia students. This policy explains what information we collect through our waitlist and pilot application forms, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, whether you’re a student or parent, and your expected graduation year.
When you apply for the pilot program, we additionally collect: your UGA email address, preferred pickup schedule, estimated laundry bags per week, your answer to why you want to join the pilot, your willingness to participate in a feedback call, and how you heard about us.
We do not collect payment information through these forms. If that changes as the service launches, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Maintain our waitlist and pilot applicant records
- Contact you about your application, your position on the waitlist, and updates about launch
- Understand demand and improve the service before and during the pilot
- Reach out for feedback if you’ve indicated you’re willing to participate
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with service providers who help us operate — specifically, the database platform we use to manage waitlist and application records. These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us, not for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to operate the waitlist and pilot program and to communicate with you about Lundri. If you’d like your information deleted, contact us using the information below and we’ll remove it, except where we’re required to retain records for legal reasons.
Your Choices
You can request to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@lundri.com. You can also ask us to stop contacting you — just let us know and we’ll update our records.
Children’s Privacy
Lundri is intended for college students and their parents. Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Lundri’s services evolve. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above.
